February Update

February was a very exciting month for CEDASS. The container, that many of you donated things to, has finally arrived. We had booked a large crane to off load the container, but he cancelled and refused to come. So the next day we booked the last large crane in Juba, only to have that crane also cancel. In desperation we booked two small float cranes and had to unload most of the container contents. We did this to make the container light enough to lift off the load with the small cranes. We have things spread all over, but the container is finally on the ground, and we are ever so thankful for that. 

We immediately started the compound fence. Seeing the fence now complete, we have a home base to work from. Join us next month to see where we are heading with the school project and the mobile medical clinic.
